Local MSP Welcomes opening of Armadale Shed
Local Constituency MSP, Fiona Hyslop has visited the new Armadale Shed and welcomed the opportunities it holds for local people in Armadale.
Fiona said;
“I was delighted to visit the Armadale Shed – this is a great community initiative which encourages people to learn new hobbies but also offers a space for others to practise their wood and metal work and share expertise.
“Situated in the heart of the community and offering access to all, it is easy to see why the Shed is so popular and I am delighted to support any environment that helps promote community values and social interaction.
“I would encourage anyone interested to visit the Shed at the Gospel Halls and see what exciting new crafts they can learn.”

The Armadale Shed is located in the former council workshops, under the Gospel Hall off of South Street.
The group would welcome any donations of wood and metal materials.
