Hyslop Asks for Meeting with Edinburgh Airport Bosses
Local MSP for the Linlithgow Constituency Fiona Hyslop has written to bosses at Edinburgh Airport regarding their plans for a proposed flight path across the Edinburgh West and West Lothian to find out what impact it will have on her constituents.
Fiona commented;
“I understand that great care has been taken to design this new departure route which for the bulk of its path will only fly over the Forth.
“Edinburgh Airport have said that they are taking the necessary steps to ensure they can monitor noise levels to watch for any spikes in noise over the new flight path, however I am keen to meet with representatives from Edinburgh Airport to learn more about the new pilot flight path and what impact there might be for my constituents in West Lothian.”
