Hyslop Announces Tesco Surgery to Coincide with Costa Launch Local MSP, Fiona Hyslop has added a visit to the new Costa Coffee in Tesco in Bathgate to her scheduled surgeries on Friday, December 7th at 10am. This visit will coincide with the official opening of the coffee shop. Fiona said; “It is important to have surgeries that meet the needs of constituents.
