Hyslop Welcomes West Lothian Council Budget
HYSLOP WELCOMES WEST LOTHIAN COUNCIL BUDGET SNP MSP for Lothians, Fiona Hyslop has welcomed the news that West Lothian Council is the first local authority to set next year’s budget.
